Warmups have been factored into that time frame and all should be easily doable if people come in time before the event.
Warmup for masters men will be 20 minutes starting at 10:40 AM
Weigh-ins will begin at 10:30 AM on the javelin runway by Steve Reckefus.
Steve will weigh in each flight at the conclusion of the previous flight.
Youri's DVDs
Throw Like Youri does no tracking for the website. All personal data gathered for the Hammer Event will be erased with Norton's Data Shredder after the event is over.
Signed waivers and hammer safety documents will be retained only as long as they are needed for the sports insurance.
